CBSE LOC Submissions 2025: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is closing the submission window for the List of Candidates (LOC) today, October 4, 2024. Schools must ensure that all student data is accurately submitted before the deadline. In a circular issued to schools, the CBSE stressed the importance of timely and correct submission of LOCs, highlighting the need for accurate entry of student details, including their selected subjects.
The board has made it clear that no corrections to the uploaded data will be allowed after submission.Consequently, all principals and heads of schools have been reminded to uphold accuracy and adhere to the submission schedule for the 2024-2025 academic year.
In its communication, CBSE provided guidance through Circular No. CBSE/LOC/X-XI/2024-25/7667/E-File-163685, outlining essential points for schools to consider: the precise submission of student data, correct entry of subjects chosen by students, and adherence to the prescribed LOC submission schedule.
To facilitate the process, CBSE has also released a set of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) aimed at assisting schools with the LOC submission. Following these guidelines is vital for ensuring that student data is accurate, which is crucial for the smooth conduct of the CBSE Class 10 and 12 examinations in the 2024-2025 academic year. Importantly, students whose names are submitted through the online LOC process will be eligible to appear for the upcoming board exams.
