NEW DELHI: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has officially announced the opening of the window for candidates to make changes to their examination details for the December 2024 exams. Those who have applied for the ICSI exams can now modify their examination centre, module, subject, and medium via the official website, icsi.edu.
To initiate changes, candidates must log in using their application number and password.The deadline for submitting these modifications is November 20, 2024, at 4 PM. However, it is important to note that requests for adding or deleting multiple modules, as well as changes in examination centres within cities that have multiple centres, are not permitted. This information was outlined in the official notice released by ICSI.
Changes allowed include adjustments to examination centres, module combinations, the medium of examination, and optional subjects. Candidates may also cancel exemption requests or re-submit necessary documents for exemptions based on their higher qualifications.

There is a fee of Rs 250 for each change related to the exam centre, module, medium, or optional subject. Notably, if a candidate wishes to change their examination centre from anywhere in India to Dubai, an additional surcharge of USD 100 (approximately Rs 8,396) will apply on top of the standard Rs 250 fee. Candidates are encouraged to review their application details carefully to ensure accurate submission ahead of the deadline.
